Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident committing to The 4-18 Intensive, and we also want to be upfront about how refunds work.

If you cancel at least 14 days before your cohort's start date, you'll receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued within five business days to the same form as payment..

If you cancel less than 14 days of the start date, you will receive a credit toward a future 4•18 Intensive.  Intensives are scheduled as demand dictates, we anticipate at least annually. We do not guarantee a future session will be scheduled at the time the credit is offered. Credits must be used within 16 months of issuance.  

No credit or refund will be offered for seats canceled less than 48 hours before the Intensive begins.
