This Privacy Policy explains how Stephanie Schmid Coaching LLC and Black Fox Strategy, LLC (together, "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, and protect information from visitors to and applicants for The 4·18 Intensive (four18intensive.com).
Information We Collect
When you register your interest or apply for a seat, we collect the information you submit through our application form: your first and last name, company name, position, email address, phone number, which Intensive you're applying for, and the information you share about why you're applying. If you use our Contact page instead, we collect your first and last name, email address, and the content of your message.
If you enroll in an Intensive, we also collect the payment information needed to process your enrollment. Payment is handled through our website platform's payment processing system; we do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
Our site runs on Wix.com, which provides the underlying platform, hosting, and standard site functionality, including basic analytics and cookies used to operate the site. We don't run additional third-party advertising or tracking tools beyond what Wix's platform includes by default.
How We Use This Information
We use the information you provide to review applications, communicate with you about registration and enrollment, process payment for enrolled seats, and administer the Intensive you've applied for or attended, including issuing completion certificates for continuing-education credit. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except as needed to operate the site (our hosting and payment platforms) or as required by law.
Continuing-education credit is self-reported by each participant to their own credentialing body (SHRM, HRCI, PMI, RIMS-CRMP, ATD, or IIA). We provide the completion certificate directly to you; we don't report your participation to those bodies on your behalf or share your information with them.
A Note on Program Confidentiality
This policy covers how we handle your personal information on this website. It's separate from the confidentiality commitment we make about the Intensive itself, described on our FAQ page: the room is not recorded, and what's discussed in it stays there. That's a program policy, not a data policy, but we wanted to be clear the two are different things covered in different places.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through our Contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
This site and the Intensive are intended for working professionals and are not directed to, or knowingly collecting information from, anyone under 18.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, with the date it was last updated noted below.
